USA, Johnston Police break up swingers party, charge club owner

Police broke up a swingers party at a club in Johnston on Saturday night and arrested the club's owner.
The Providence Journal reported that Steven Santilli, the owner of Sebastian's Party Place, was charged with operating and promoting an obscene show.
A Johnston patrolwoman and a state police detective went into the Plainfield Street club posing as a couple and paid $25 to get into the advertised "swinger mingle."
Investigators said women were dancing on the bar, a woman performed a sex act on a man on stage and that eight women went topless after a wet T-shirt contest.
The undercover officers called in backup and closed the club for the night.
Police said Santilli also was charged with violating a town nudity ordinance and that he did not have an adult entertainment license.
Sebastian's has an entertainment license and a liquor license, according to the newspaper.
